SafeSpan FM was founded to provide clear, competent, and cost-effective facilities management consultancy to clients who want practical, action-oriented results. We specialise in compliance, asset management, project coordination, and operational improvement.
Our founder brings over a decade of experience managing multi-million-pound property portfolios across transport, public sector, and private facilities. With a proven track record in technical building services, statutory compliance, and safety management, we understand what it takes to run estates effectively.
